Recipe: Japanese Colombian Okoshi
Okoshi is a delicious Japanese treat that my aunt is famous for. The rice is cooked, sun-dried, deep fried, and then mixed into a crunchy candy made with Colombian panela and strawberry and vanilla marshmallows. That last bit is her special twist and it's the best okoshi I've ever tasted.

Many thanks to Tia Lilia and Clarita for their time and generosity.
